What is this thing about interview? one feels like one is being weighed against something to find out his/her market value. This value is intangible and more often than not a function of what you were valued in the past.
But, tell me do you drive while looking at the rear view mirror, I mean does the traffic as reflected in the rear view mirror, the same as the traffic in front of your vehicle.
Then how can one value one's worth going by his past.
Still interviews have to be taken.
